Our Small Batch Baking Menu

As a small batch baker, I value QUALITY over QUANTITY. So there will be a limited amount of availability for these items.

We bake twice a day during the week- a morning bake for all the breads and an evening bake (around 5pm) for just the long breads of that day.

We will have a rotating menu so not every item will be available every day.

Long Breads

These are simple breads with basic ingredients: flour, water, salt, yeast.

Hearty breads to accompany a bowl of soup, sliced for a sandwich, or just with a little butter.

Sourdough & Hybrid

Our Sourdough is made from a pure sourdough starter.

Our Hybrids are a combination of sourdough starter & commercial yeast.
